As you can see, this week's share included:
- broccoli
- red leaf lettuce
- radishes
- kohlrabi
- beets
- kale
- scapes
- snow peas
- summer squash (including a patty pan squash I swiped out of the swap box)
This morning, I learned that next to swiss chard, beet greens are my favorite green in scrambled eggs. They have this great combination of an earthy green and the unique sweetness of beets. Sautéing them seems to bring out both flavors.
