At my dad’s we planted raised beds. I wanted somewhere with more sun to grow my vegetables and my dad wanted someone to help him put in his raised beds.
We plan to cover both. My dad just didn’t have hoops for both. It’s a pretty simple concept. Before filing the raised beds with dirt, we drilled PVC pipe to the sides. My dad then bought PVC pipe slightly smaller than the PVC pipe we drilled to the frame and slid into the larger PVC piep. We then used PVC clamps to hold the plastic in place.
Today we planted:
- tomatoes
- hot peppers
- carrots
- radishes
- green beans
- eggplant
- broccoli
- brussels sprouts
